We hear that andy is organising a halloween ball, Betty is making Pumpkin. Andy has decided to keep his original mask. We hear has been going around scaring people in the streets already. Apparantley he has been going in to Elderly residential Flats making noises. One elderly Resident said a grown man witha pipe going around trying to scare pensioners, he should be ashamed of himself.
