Within the last few hours our Mole has told us that the reason that the Local Councils are running out of Salt to Grit The roads in Herts is because Andy has been taking the salt from the Depots to spread across his Pavements and back Garden for Betty. Now it is becoming clear why he has been driving around in a grit Truck, he has no intention of using it on the roads but has been taking it off the Authorities for his own use for Betty. We are also hearing worrying reports Andy has attained a Snow Plough from Somewhere, comfirming our worst Fears. As if the weather is not making peoples lives hard enough, We do not know as yet what his intention is with this Vehichle and can only pray that it is honouroble. Watch for further updates............
