APPARANTLEY THE SERVICE COULD NOT MEET THE EXPENSES OF ITS CUSTOMERS, AND THAT ANDY COULD NOT MEET THE DEMANDS OF ITS CUSTOMERS WITH ANDY CLAIMING THAT AT SOME DIFFICULT TIMES WHEN NO OTHER PATROL VEHICLES WERE AVAILABLE HE HAD TO GO OUT IN HIS MOGGY MINOR TO TOW VEHICLES BACK AS PART OF THE RESCUE SERVICE.....YES ANDY WE BELIEVE YOU!!!
